Brotherhood- Promotes Ordeal Members to seal their membership in the OA by
converting to Brotherhood Membership. This committee ensures that all Brotherhood
candidates meet the necessary requirements.

Oversees the promotion and execution of converting Ordeal Members
to Brotherhood Membership.

Conclave
Organizes the lodge contingent for the annual conclave. If Shinnecock Lodge is the host conclave lodge, then the committee is responsible for the planning and coordination of the conclave.

Unit Elections
Works with Troop OA representatives to make sure quality unit elections
are conducted for every troop that requests a unit election. The committee
also ensures that only trained personnel conduct unit elections. Also responsible for promotion of Scout Camping and Baiting Hollow Scout Camp throughout the Council.
