The lodge has an array of operating committees that makes up the lodge. Chairman of these various committees are part of the Lodge Executive Committees. Click below for more information on our committees and the organizational plan of them all.
Brotherhood- Promotes Ordeal Members to seal their membership in the OA by converting to Brotherhood Membership. This committee ensures that all Brotherhood candidates meet the necessary requirements.

Brotherhood Conversion
Oversees the promotion and execution of converting Ordeal Members to Brotherhood Membership.Chairman: Matt H.

Ceremonies
Coordinates and runs well-planned induction ceremonies for the lodge. This committee recruits and trains ceremonial teams and maintains all ceremonial grounds in good condition.Chairman: Vacant

Conclave
Organizes the lodge contingent for the annual conclave. If Shinnecock Lodge is the host conclave lodge, then the committee is responsible for the planning and coordination of the conclave.Chairman: Tom G.
Adviser: Mr. PhilpNews: The 2010 Section NE-7B Conclave will be held at Camp Ranacqua from June 11th through the 13th. Expect to see more informaion by Mid April.
Elangomat
Recruits and trains elangomats for induction weekends and implements the extended elangomat program.Chairman: Tom G.

Fellowship
Responsible for planning and executing the annual fellowship weekend.Chairman: Chris A.

National Order of the Arrow Conference
(also known as NOAC) Responsible for planning the lodge contingent to attend NOAC.Chairman: TBA

Communications

OA Troop Representative
Coordinates all Troop Representatives in the council and ensures the success and execution of the Arrowmen fulfilling the role.Chairman: Vacant.

Inductions
Plans and manages induction weekends. Consisting of the induction master, taskmaster, nimat master, elangomat master, and other selected youth officials.Chairman: Chris A.

Scoutreach
Works with the council to establish and promote scoutreach mentoring in the lodge.Chairman: Vacant

Service
Is responsible for overseeing and executing service projects throughout the community and the council.Chairman: vacant

Trading Post
Operates and maintains lodge trading post at all lodge functions. Orders and creates new items.Chairman: vacant
Adviser: Mr. RussottoNews: The lodge trading post is constantly getting new merchandise. Always looking for people to join and assist. The trading post is open at lodge events and during OA Day during Summer Camp at Baiting Hollow.
Training
Coordinates and administers Lodge Leadership Development training.Chairman: Vacant
Adviser: Mr. AlleyNews: Leadership Development Day will be held on September 20th at Baiting Hollow Scout Camp.
Unit Elections
Works with Troop OA representatives to make sure quality unit elections are conducted for every troop that requests a unit election. The committee also ensures that only trained personnel conduct unit elections. Also responsible for promotion of Scout Camping and Baiting Hollow Scout Camp throughout the Council.Chairman: vacant

Vigil
